Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR to join our team at our Gurgaon location. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR tasks, payroll management, legal compliance, and training & development, particularly within the automotive industry. Experience with MACE/IATF audits is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations. Handle statutory compliance and labor law-related matters.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
- Audit Compliance: Manage and ensure compliance with MACE/IATF audit requirements.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and HR best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and present HR reports to management as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in HR, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR tasks, payroll management, legal compliance, and training & development.
- Experience with MACE/IATF audits is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
